You will play a leading role working closely with the partner and other team members to contribute to the delivery and development of the employment tax consulting and compliance services.
Key elements:
- Building and maintaining key client relationships and providing excellent levels of service
- Business development through presentations and marketing activities; identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Managing the delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence throughout
- Team leading and management including the development of more junior staff
The person:
- An entrepreneurial manager to senior manager with aspirations to reach the highest level.
- Strong technical skills with a suitable qualification and relevant Employment Tax experience within a professional practice or HMRC.
- A team player with strong leadership and business development skills.
- Experience of expatriate issues and/or shares schemes is desirable but not essential.
